FAUmentoring ARIADNErewi supports and accompanies promising female early career researchers from the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law individually in their academic career planning.
At the heart of the program stands the one-to-one mentoring, in which a mentee receives individual support and advice from experienced researchers at higher qualification levels. In addition, the mentoring program promotes networking with other participants, known as peers.
Targeted group
FAUmentoring ARIADNErewi is aimed at female academics who are pursuing a long-term academic career:
- Doctoral Candidates
- Postdocs and Habilitands at the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law
- Female Students of the School of Law in the final stages of their studies.
